Gingerbread House

Hello everyone, I like to introduce myself to you all once again. I am Angeline and a homebaker. Love to bake and cook. Started to bake seriously since June 2008. Graduated from Wilton Courses 1,2,3 and Fondant. Since then I am addicted to baking. haha.. Truth is I am having a great time doing all these.

Once again, I'd a great time today attending Gingerbread House lesson. Nice to see my ex-instructor Ms.Joanne Fam again. She is a great instructor. Below is my picture with my house.

Also, I have taken many shots during the lesson. I like to share with you all here.

  All the ingredients are here!

The refrigerated cookies were been cut accordingly to the desire shape then bake for 10mins.

Spread Royal Icing at the board to act as snow. Then glue the cookies together.

Now, Ms.Joanne Fam showed us how to design them. Well, all up to your creativity.

Here are all the completed house. Ready to be chomped or display.

Thank you for viewing.

Christmas Fruit Cake Part5

The Finished cakes in the box. All with the help with few fellows...My Father In Law-Horst, My elder sister-Joe, My daughters = Viola & Laura, and not to mention my maid - Nancy. Without them I can't do it all by myself for almost 40 Christmas Fruit Cakes. I thank them all.
