My 1st Baking Class kicked off in year 2011 with success.

I taught a class on Passion Fruit Macarons, Chocolate Macarons and not forgetting our old time favorite...

Traditional Scones!

Irresistible Passion Fruit Jam were taught from scratch to be sandwiched between the Passion Fruit Macarons.

The Semi Bitter Sweet Chocolate Ganache were also been taught from scratch for the Chocolate Macarons.

Our old time favorite Traditional Scones were filled with fresh whipped cream, butter and strawberry jam. They rrrreally melt in the mouth!

I thanked all today for those who came for my class today. Hope you all will try it out yourselves too. Looking forward to see....

I have been commissioned to sculpture a cake into a sexy baby on a bikini piece...

It is meant to surprise a Guy colleague on his 25th birthday. Apparently he don't smoke, don't drink and neither gamble. His only favorite is looking at pretty girls. :D

Masquerade Cake

I had great moment working this 3 tiers cake. The only sad part was when I delivered the cake to a foreign place that I am not familiar. Even with my trusted Garmin didn't bring me there successfully. Ended up with a car accident with a Superbike on the way there. Thank God the biker had only minor injury but I had to compensate big time for his 9 days old bike... plus my car repair. Besides that.... The cake were slightly damaged. I managed to repair it behind the boot of my car as I couldn't bring it up with that looked! When the cake finally been repaired, the cake was brought up...phoooww... the hall was seated with beautiful creatures with costumes & masks. Very nice. Everyone was looking at the cake when the cake was push in. Nice feeling & proud...

This taught me a lesson, for those of you out there who are not familiar with the destination when you deliver your orders... Pls do not drive there! You can either take a cab or ask the customer to collect it from you. Sorry this is rather long winded.

Mickey & Minnie Birthday Party

It was a lovely birthday bash for a lovely 8 years old girl on the 13th Nov 2010.

She requested for Mickey & Minnie toppers on her Vanilla Butter Cake.

Everyone loved it.

The party went very well and it ended with Cookies & Cupcakes Decorating lesson for 11 friends of hers at my cozy baking room. Most of them are from ELC (her schoolmates) and not forgetting the neighborhood's kids too.

Album Cake

Had a blasting time celebrating dad's 67th. birthday on the 9 Oct 2010. Invited few good friends and family reunited together for this special day. Wolfgang were not able to make it as he was in Germany. Nevertheless, we had great BBQ as dinner and made a small cake for dad.

Like Father Like Son!

Started with a family of 6 and now... 12.. doubled but not troubled!

I made dad a cake based on all of us as big family, his wedding picture and not forgetting his younger days...

When he was 17 years old..... Handsome and naughty!
