I have been longing to bake Pandan Chiffon Cake since I was young. I used to find it too much trouble to make it a success. Some used to say, it need luck to get it right.

After I got my Magicmix beater, I am baking most of cakes with it. It is simple, time efficient & much easier than I thought. Surprisingly much tasty too. :)

I made these cookies with combination of 2 themes which is Chinese New Year & Valentine.

So no hassle for you ladies & gentlemen, girls & boys out there.. great idea for hand gift during Chinese New Year too!

I always like the concept of flower bouquets. I am not so good in flower arrangement. I tried my best. :) I hope you like it. Thank you for viewing.
