Rainbow Cake

Received a last minute order during this Chinese New Year. Indeed I wanted to have a break after delivered 2 cakes in the morning. Couldn't have the heart to reject her since it was introduced by my friend. So, I asked if it is too complicated coz' if it is... I will not accept it. She said she want a simple white cake, frost with fresh cream but need rainbow colors inside. Soon after I hanged up the phone I realised for rainbow colors, I need 7 pans with same size and need to bake quite the same time. So all I did on 2nd night of CNY was purely baking 7 cakes!

Well, you know what? It tured out to be quite fun actually.

It was indeed kinda tall cake! :)

I am impressed... 7 different colors of cakes and I am so looking forward to get the pics from her to see what happened after her sister cut the cake. She send me a email saying " Her sister was touched and cried in tears of happiness." I am pleased.

For now I post up the cake picture but once i receive from her, will upload whats inside. Stay tune..
