I taught these 4 types of flowers today in ICCA Kota Damansara.

Their names are : Morning Glory, Petunia, Easter Lily & Poinsettia .

They are not completely dry yet so that is why it is still in the aluminium foil.

Test Kitchen were held in my cozy kitchen today, 10th November, 2009. A total of 11 famous Cake Decorators in town gathered in my tiny lil' kitchen. We had fun, laughter and experimented 2 recipes. Since I was the host, not many chance I had the opportunity to take pictures but nevertheless, I got few nice shots! Thanks for viewing.

The Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

The Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting.

Garnished with a slice of strawberry.

My verdict, it was yummy!!

No butter (except the frosting), no eggs and no milk!

Damp Apple And Almond Cake

The cake itself has few different tastes, indescribable!

Crunchy on top but soft at the bottom. This cake is suitable as dessert.

Rather sweet for me.

Bake & Decorate

Another fun-filled weekend together with Cake Enthusiasm Friends. We baked & tried few extra recipes today. We baked Chocolate Moist Cake & Cupcakes, Vanilla Domed Butter Cupcakes, The correct consistency of Ganache and making the tasty buttercream. Lastly, we had fun decorating them. So in the end, everyone brought back many cake pieces!

Halloween Night

Kids around the neighborhood had a superb time tonight. Trick or treats were screamed from houses to houses. Dressed up from the witch to the monstrous outfits! Here are some pictures to share with all.

Not so much banana taste (that's even better as I am not the banana fan) except the very 1st bite!

Student's Work for Baby Shower Cupcakes

They are rather tedious to work with but they are just simply adorable to be eaten. Students had a blast working on it today. They complained about the tedious work of course and end-up some didn't want to put it on the cupcake but just simply for personal display. haha.. Also they asked how much to be charged on a single cupcake! Answer is... How much an hour you are worth + the cost! They spend 3.5 hours making 6 cupcakes today.
