Coffee Cake

One for the family! They loves to eat cakes. It is nice to make something when you see them enjoy eating it. Sometime it may turn out disaster but don't despair. Try again & again, until you get it right. This is my principal for cakes. :) What ever cakes you learn, practice it immediately or you will never do.

Anyway, This is call " Coffee Cake ". The key ingredients here are espresso soaking the butter cake and topped with Almonds & White Chocolate. Very delicious!

Great to be eaten during afternoon tea time with a cup of coffee / tea.

Tiramisu is one of the most popular Italian Cakes. It is made of savoiardi (otherwise known as lady finger biscuits) dipped in espresso or strong coffee or rum, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks, mascarpone cheese, and sugar and topped with chocolate powder.
