Tiramisu is one of our favorite dessert. It is the most heavenly italian dessert. It is made of savoiardi (known as lady finger biscuits) dipped in strong coffee or rum, layered with a wihpped mixture of egg yolks, mascarpone, sugar and topped with chocolate powder.

French Chocolate Macarons

My 1st attempt with my sister, Jo making macarons was a success! We call it our own TK!

Within the shell is soft — not wet — almond meringue.

When you bite into the delicate shell, it gives way with the slightest crunch and compresses to yield a mouthful of delicate, rapidly dissolving meringue and filling.
