Attended a 3 days Intensive Squires Kitchen Wedding Course. Within the 3 days, we were taught to be creative & time efficient. It was really tiring & stressful moment as we were given time frame to complete a dream wedding cake. So, here it is....

Anniversary

17th December 2008, I celebrated my 4th. Wedding Anniversary. Surprised my husband with 2 tier wedding cakes made by my sister,Joe. He is impressed, the next day the kids eat most of the Sugee Cake. 

I like to thank my sister for making the cakes. 

We have 2 lovely daughters now, they are Viola & Laura.

Splendid Wedding Ceremony. Make this cakes specially for my good friend on her wedding night catering almost 300 guests. Bottom = Sugee Cake, Middle = Butter Cake, Top = Chocolate Cake. The whole event were great.
