Cupcakes Special - Royal Icing

These I made for my daughter year end school out from Q-Dees.

30 butter cupcakes, frosted with vanilla buttercream & decorated with royal icing toppers.

Fresh Fruits Chocolate Tarts

They beat anything you buy from the baker or supermarket. Brushing the inside of the tart shells with chocolate keeps the pastry crisp and adds a new dimension to the traditional tart. The fresh fruits are mango, strawberry, kiwi and not forgetting crusty pine nuts.

Decorated Cookies

Decorated Butter/Almond Cookies for give-away party packs, birthday and all occasion. Kids will just thrilled when they receive them. Trust me!
