1pm for an afternoon class learning to make this yummy dessert.

The preparation and contents of a macaroon can be debated worldwide, some Americans prefer a coconut-base, while the Spanish produce a hazelnut batter. Literally, the classic and most popular macaroon requires an almond flour to create the soft, chewy, and sweet treat.

Freshly baked Plain cakes without decorations are also for sale now due to some requests. 2 days in advance notice at minimum required. Preferable longer notice to avoid disappointment. Be assured that my cakes are using ONLY the finest & good quality ingredients. My 8 inches Butter Cake selling for RM18 and for every inches onwards are charged for RM3 extra. I only use accessories and components from reputable bake shops, guaranteeing the best available quality. Only the freshest, unpreseved incredients are used in my cakes. All is made fresh for immediate consumption. My cakes are all HALAL.

I need a cake for a special occasion- can you help?

Yes, this is my challenge and my passion! Cakes for virtually all occasions can be created. Best is to personally discuss your event in detail, your wishes and the options available. Once you agree to a proposal and the budget for a cake design, it`s up to my imagination and creativity.
