Yes, it is all about Christmas. For this wonderful season, I have include my 2 Angels. Viola and Laura. They had quite abit of fun brushing, rolling, folding and eating! On the finishing part, I had to chase them away as the younger one, Laura has pinched one of my cake. I screamed!! Thank God this time I still managed to rescue the cake by covering them with Marzipan and Marshmallow Fondant. The Process of making Fruit Cake is pretty simple, just follow my chart below. Have fun!

Step 1,Viola brushed the cakes with VSOP
Step 2, Laura rolled the Marzipan. She just had to taste it before it goes to the cakes but don't worry, she washed her hands before sitting up there.
Step 3, Viola continued by placing the marzipan to the cakes then smoothen it nicely.
Step 4, I finally came to the picture by covering the cake with fondant.
Ta-ta.... one after one cake, we decorate them together.
