There will be a 2 days wedding tiered cakes workshop starting this Sunday, 4th March, 2012 at 10am.

The class includes :-
2 separate days of 3 hours each sessions.
1st session (4th March 2012 Sunday - 10am-1pm)
Learn to make roses.
How to cover the board & styrofoam with fondant.
* Gumpaste for flowers, fondant, styrofoam provided for 1st session in class.
2nd session (31 March 2012 Saturday - 3pm-6pm)
How to assemble tiered cakes with pillars & stacked construction method.
Learn to decor pearl piping, ribbon and etcs.
How to arrange your flowers on the cakes you have prepared.
* It is your choice to have 2 to 3 tiers of cakes on the 2nd session.
